About Us
RH Development Group was formed in April of 2020 after the conclusion of a successful 35-year partnership, and perfect timing for father and son to fulfill a lifelong dream of working side by side. Randy and Ryan strive to incorporate a long-term vision of the community while working together with local resources to create developments that will be relevant for decades to come. They have developed more than 40 grocery anchored shopping centers and have worked with numerous clients to provide construction management, redevelopment and various strategies to improve and enhance real estate assets. Collectively, Randy and Ryan have developed over 4.2 million square feet of retail space with over $1.0B in transactions and look forward to adding their expertise and creative perspective to each new project.
