  • 48,000 sq. ft.
  • Replace existing Publix with a new 48,000 square foot store.

Hollywood Beach

  • A1A, just north of the Diplomat Beach Resort, Hollywood Beach, FL
  • 26,465 sq. ft.
  • Ground up development of a custom 3 story Publix. This store is one of two Publix stores in the entire company with a boat dock, allowing shopping from Florida’s Intercoastal Waterway

Lauderdale Beach

  • A1A and NE 30th Avenue, Lauderdale Beach, FL
  • 28,795 sq. ft.
  • Ground up development of a custom 2 story Publix

Below is a short list of completed projects; additional information and a full list of projects is available upon request.

Aberdeen Square

  • 4966 Le Chalet Blvd., Boynton Beach, FL 33436
  • 48,000 sq. ft.
  • Demolition of an existing Publix and replaced it with a new 48,000 sq. ft. store and 1,400 sq. ft. liquor store. Additionally, the parking lot and landscaping were renovated.

Alafaya Square

  • 81 Alafaya Woods Blvd., Oveido, FL 32765
  • 55,000 sq. ft.
  • Redevelopment of an older Publix with a new 55,000 sq. ft. Publix and Publix liquor store. During this project the landscaping and parking lot were replaced, all while tenants in the center continued to operate with little to no interruption.

The Crossings Shopping Village

  • 13047 SW 112th Street, Miami, FL 33186
  • 45,000 sq. ft.
  • Replace existing store with a new prototype.

Waterleigh

  • Waterleigh area of Horizon West, in western Orange County, Orlando, FL
  • 48,000 sq. ft.
  • Prototype store accompanied by 8,000 sq. ft. of local retail

Kelly Park Commons

  • Immediately off SR 429 at the intersection of Plymouth Sorrento Road and Kelly Park Road, Apopka, FL
  • 48,000 sq. ft.
  • Prototype store accompanied by 6,600 sq. ft. of local retail and 1 outparcel. The second and third phase of the project calls for 13,200 sq. ft. of additional local retail and multi-family development

Riverside Square

  • 8160 Wiles Road, Coral Springs, FL 33067
  • 45,000 sq. ft.
  • The project consisted of the demolition of the existing Publix and the construction of a new 45,000 sq. ft. Publix prototype. The entire shopping center was updated with new parking and landscaping.

 

 

Beneva Village Shoppes

  • 3428 Clark Rd, Sarasota, FL 34231
  • 141,683 sq. ft.
  • Redevelopment of the Beneva Village Shoppes to include a new 45,000 sq. ft. Publix prototype including a pharmacy drive thru along with an addition of a 2,000 sq. ft. endcap adjacent to Publix and an update to the remainder of the center including a new façade and tower center.

Sunny Isles

  • 18320 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160
  • 53,558 sq. ft.
  • Redeveloped an older Publix site by building a brand new store with the updated format and a multi-level parking garage.

Lake Worth

  • 214 N Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth, FL 33460
  • 28,800 sq. ft.
  • With the help of the Lake Worth Government and Lake Worth CRA, this dream for the City became a reality. The location provided Lake Worth with new grocery shopping with the appearance of the reminiscent Publix “wings”.

Rivera Beach

  • 228 Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404
  • 28,800 sq. ft.
  • One of the first multi-level structures in Publix’s fleet.  The location provided Publix with convenient shopping for Mainland West Palm Beach and Singer Island.

Colonial & Shine

  • 1500 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32803
  • 27,000 sq. ft.
  • The first Publix development of our career, located in the heart of Orlando’s ColonialTown and a complete success story for Publix.  The location provided Orlando with the first Urban store in this market.
